Shipping & Returns

All products will list an estimated ship date in the product description. Domestic orders ship within 5–10 working days unless a specific ship date is stated on the product page. International orders ship within 7–15 working days.

Orders cannot be combined once placed. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Shipping and discount codes cannot be added or modified after checkout.

Please ensure all shipping and billing information is correct before placing your order. We are unable to make changes once an order has been submitted.

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees. These charges are determined by the destination country and are outside of our control.

Nerve Matter is not responsible for lost or stolen packages caused by the shipping carrier. We recommend purchasing shipping protection at checkout. Orders placed without shipping protection are not guaranteed or insured by Nerve Matter.

If a shipment is refused by the customer, the customer is responsible for the original shipping cost and any return fees incurred.

Final Sale Policy - All sales are final. No returns or exchanges.
