These Terms and Conditions govern your use of www.nervematter.net ("Site") and all purchases from Nerve Matter. By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

All product details, including descriptions and images, are provided as accurately as possible, but we do not guarantee complete accuracy due to potential display differences. All prices are in USD, and we accept major credit cards and third-party processors. Orders are fulfilled in-house and shipped via USPS or similar carriers.

Nerve Matter is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen packages caused by the shipping carrier. All sales are final unless a damaged or incorrect item is received; in such cases, contact support@nervematter.net within 7 days. Approved returns must be unused, in original packaging, and sent back within 14 days of approval.

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees. These charges are determined by the destination country and are outside of our control.

All content on the Site, including text, logos, and images, is the property of Nerve Matter and may not be reused without permission.

Nerve Matter is not liable for any direct or indirect damages from use of the Site or products. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page. Continued update of the Site confirms your acceptance of any changes.
